I’m Sarah Nelson and I work for Chestnut Oak Associates in Suffield, CT. While I do most of my business in western mass, I do hold a dual licensure for MA and CT. I started as a real estate investor with my husband about 10 years ago and decided to get my license shortly after. I specialize in the buying/selling of multi-family homes, flipping properties and working with other investors. Outside of investing, I have a passion for helping those find their forever home and helping first time home buyers. I feel very lucky that I get to do what I love, and show others the true financial benefits of owning versus renting. Lastly, I have a passion for interior design which benefits me as an agent, as I can help a buyer see the possibilities in each home or help a seller prepare their house for the competitive market!
